The electronic transformer (soft magnetic electromagnetic element) made of soft magnetic core should be used in both DC and AC power supply. It can be seen from the above list that no matter DC power supply, AC power supply or special power supply can be separated from electronic transformer. Some people define power supply as DC power supply and AC power supply after high frequency switching. When introducing the function of soft magnetic electromagnetic components in power supply technology, various electromagnetic components in high frequency switching power supply are often cited as examples. According to the market survey report of electronic transformer industry, various transformers are the main soft magnetic electromagnetic components used in electronic power supply, so transformers are called "Electronic Transformers" as the representatives of soft magnetic components in electronic power supply. Labor intensive enterprises such as electronic transformers will encounter labor shortage every year, especially after the end of the new year. The production space of enterprises is constantly squeezed. In order to reduce the cost to the greatest extent, some transformer enterprises purchase cheap raw materials, resulting in poor product quality, and finally industry problems. From the perspective of production, there are three main problems in the electronic transformer industry 1、 The concept of quality is not strong Transformer production is a labor-intensive industry, about 70% of the work needs to be done manually. Due to the weak quality awareness of some enterprises and the insufficient training and management of product quality, internal and external quality problems occur from time to time. 2、 The R & D and design capabilities of some manufacturers are insufficient Because many domestic enterprises are limited by the development ability and lack of original accumulated data, the design has certain blindness. Even some transformer enterprises often copy other people's advanced technology and production drawings directly due to the limitation of capital and manpower, but they do not fully absorb and digest them. Due to the problems in the treatment of some links and the control of details, the product quality is defective. 3、 The materials are shoddy The analysis of transformer industry points out that some transformer enterprises replace the shell of old transformer for immediate interests and act as new transformer after renovation. Some transformer windings are sold with aluminum wire instead of copper wire, and the iron core is made of waste silicon steel sheet (commonly known as secondary sheet). These shoddy behaviors seriously affect the normal business order of the whole industry. The vicious low price competition among enterprises leads to a vicious circle of product quality, which is a great harm to the enterprises operating in good faith. After the transformer is put into operation due to fraud, it will bring serious quality hidden danger and high loss, and bring environmental pollution. In addition, there is a surplus of low-end products and a large gap between supply and demand for high-end products in the electronic transformer market, and it has been in the situation of low price competition, which can not compete with foreign transformer giants in the high-end market.
